The eyes are the main and only visual organ of our body, thanks to which we receive a huge amount of information. That is why vision, like honor, must be protected from a young age. Of course, often it is highly dependent on heredity. And if at least one of your parents wears glasses, then there is a high probability that you will have to put them on over time.  

In order to at least somehow prevent visual impairment, it is necessary to adhere to elementary rules, for example, such: – do not read in the dark . After all, your eyes will be very tense, and your eyelids will become heavy and tired. Many children in this way spoiled their ideal vision at a very young age. Therefore, make sure that the place where you are reading is well lit.  
 

– is not constantly at the computer . Of course, it is clear that in our time not a single job is complete without sitting out at the monitor, which can very badly damage your eyesight. But even if you, in view of your activity, have to spend a lot of time at the computer, protect yourself to the maximum. For example, buy special safety glasses that can be pre-ordered at any optics store. Given the condition of your eyes, they will make a suitable option for you, and you can sit in these glasses at the computer, not at all afraid for your eyesight. Also, during breaks between work, doing special exercises for the eyes, for example, often blinking or making circular movements of the eyes clockwise or against it. 

– you should not consume a lot of starch , caffeine, flour, alcohol, as well as products containing proteins, all this will adversely affect your eyesight. – in bright sunny weather, it is better to protect your eyes with sunglasses, because a large amount of bright light can damage the retina. 
   

If you still missed the moment, and your eyesight suddenly began to deteriorate, you need to immediately take action. Sometimes it is not necessary to resort to the help of doctors, it’s really possible to fix everything with the help of correctly selected food products that are equipped with the necessary vitamins, helping to make a person more sighted.  

1) Eat more blueberries , it helps improve blood circulation in the eye muscles. Blueberries are especially useful for those who spend a lot of time driving at night, as it improves, first of all, night vision. Blueberries are a delicious treat that can be eaten constantly as a dessert. Those who eat it in order to improve their vision, it is recommended to eat at least half a glass of blueberries per day. 

2) Grapefruit is also a very useful product for improving vision, but for some reason many do not like this fruit. But if you are seriously planning to restore your vision, do not ignore grapefruits, but try to eat them as many times as possible.  

3) Eating carrots will be a good plus in the treasury of ways to improve vision, because it contains a lot of keratin. It is worth paying attention that it is raw carrots that lead to a good result. If you can’t imagine how you can eat raw carrots, grate it on a fine grater, mix with mayonnaise, preparing a kind of salad that will look very appetizing. If desired, you can add a little raisins, finely crushed nuts and other ingredients.  

4) Vitamin A is the best way to improve vision. It is found in large quantities in fish oil, apricots, prunes, raw spinach, tomatoes, dates, parsley and mint.   

5) Vitamin K restores the retina of the eye, improves blood circulation. It is found in pumpkin, animal liver, soybean oil, as well as in cabbage of various varieties and species.  

6) Zinc , which is found in pumpkin seeds and walnuts, is another vitamin that can help you well. 

If your eyesight has deteriorated , you should not neglect this, be sure to consult a doctor to find out at what stage the violation is. After you learn your diopters, you need to choose glasses or contact lenses in accordance with this. You don’t have to wear them all day, only those cases when you really have difficulty seeing something will be enough.
